Privacy Policy

The short version

Say It in 3 (“the app”) is published by Khalifour LLP (“we”, “us”). The app has no accounts and no ads, and it does not track you. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal details.

What stays on your device

The app saves a few things on your phone only: your chosen colour scheme, your game settings, which packs you have unlocked, and which nouns have already been shown to you (so they are not repeated too soon). Team names and scores you type during a game are not saved or sent anywhere. Deleting the app removes this information.

Word lists

When you open the app, it may download the latest word lists from our website. As with any internet request, our hosting provider (cloudflare.com) may keep technical logs, such as an IP address and the time of the request, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, card details or payment information. To confirm which packs you own and to let you restore them on a new phone, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and details of what you bought (products and dates) from the store. It does not receive your name or email from us. No ads, analytics or tracking

The app does not show ads, does not include analytics or advertising tools, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

The app is a general-audience game. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect any from children.

Your choices

You do not need an account to use the app. If you have questions about information linked to your anonymous purchase ID, or want to ask us to help with a data request, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
